KUALA LUMPUR, JANUARY 16: Juwai IQI, the global real estate and technology powerhouse, has launched its state-of-the-art global headquarters.
Juwai IQI Group Managing Director Daniel Ho, shared insights into the company’s 12 year remarkable journey, vision, and commitment to empowering Malaysia as a regional and global real estate hub.
“The energy, heart, soul, sweat, and blood that we poured into this venture have culminated in achieving this milestone.
“It symbolizes the company’s belief and commitment to the Malaysian narrative,” he said when met by TVS during the launch at Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Jan 16).
He pointed out Malaysia, with its excellent infrastructure and a pool of talented individuals, has much to offer.
“We aim to empower 1,000 employees for Malaysia because we believe Malaysian can truly be global players.
“Our commitment is to make Malaysia our regional and global headquarters, solidifying our belief that Malaysia is poised to be a regional hub for numerous companies,” he added.
Meanwhile, commenting on the newly launched headquarters, Juwai IQI Group CEO Kashif Ansari said the company is making the new facility its “Asia Pacific Command Centre” and new global technology hub.
“We wanted our new facility to be more flexible, health-conscious, and appealing for our team.
“One of the great features of our new Asia Pacific Command Centre is that it is in the middle of a thriving urban area. That makes it a great place to work and provides for connectivity, convenience, amenities, and proximity to clients, partners, and industry events.
Kashif also said employers must adapt to the changing needs of employees is crucial to attract the best talent to our team. -TVS
