SAMARAHAN, May 3: Around 800 people from 18 federal and state agencies across Samarahan Division gathered to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri today.
The event was held at the Dewan Suarah Semarahan, from 2.30 pm until 6 pm.
As guests feasted on a variety of food provided by the agencies, they were also entertained by Hari Raya songs, performed by their own as well as by buskers from Simunjan and Gedong.
The event, themed ‘Warna-warni Aidilfitri’, was also attended by Muara Tuang Assemblyman Idris Buang and other distinguished guests.-TVS
